Shipping Info

  • BELAID OFFICIAL, LLC., ships orders using United States Post Office , UPS and FedEx.
  • ALL ORDERS WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY
  • Shipping times are within business days (M-F); Excluding holidays 
  • If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card for the net price of your item(s) minus shipping and tax charged
  • Once payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 24-48 hours to process your orders payment. This is just an estimate, and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

 

Ready To Ship (RTS)

  • All RTS items ship out within 1-3 business days AFTER processing time(6 business days max. total for shipping)

  • ALL orders require 1-3 business days for processing time.
  • After processing time allow 8-10 business days  for delivery (signature required upon delivery)

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier- REFER TO INFORMATION LISTED WITH TRACKING NUMBER- (either the United States Postal Service UPS or FedEx – depending on the shipping method selected) and address the issue directly with them.  BELAID OFFICIAL does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
