Billing & Shipping Information:
To ensure successful processing, your Billing and Shipping addresses must match. Orders with mismatched information may be delayed or canceled.


Standard Orders – Shipping Details:

  • Processing Time: 48–72 business hours (after payment is authorized and verified)

  • Total Shipping Time (includes processing): 9–13 business days (Monday–Friday)

  • Carriers: USPS and FedEx

  • Signature Required: All orders will require a signature upon delivery

  • Shipping Days: Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)

  • Non-Deliverable Packages: If your package is returned due to a delivery issue, a store credit will be issued via E-Gift Card for the item’s total (excluding shipping and taxes)


Custom Orders (CO):

  • Processing Time: 3–5 business days

  • Shipping Time (after processing): 10–14 business days

  • Total Shipping Time: 13–19 business days (Monday–Friday)


Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Please ensure all details—size, length, and texture—are correct before completing your purchase. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us prior to placing your order.


Tracking & Delivery Issues:
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, you must contact the delivery carrier (USPS or FedEx) directly to resolve the issue.
