Shipping Info

• Once payment is authorized and verified, there will be a processing time of 48-72hrs
• Total Shipping time (processing time included): 9-13 business days (Monday-Friday) for delivery on all orders. 

•  BELAID OFFICIAL ships orders using United States Post Office and FedEx.

• ALL ORDERS WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY

• Shipping days are within (M-F); Excluding holidays 

• If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card for the net price of your item(s) minus shipping and tax charged

Custom Order (CO)

• Processing time for Custom Orders require 3-5 business days.
• After processing time is complete, all CO items ship out within 10-14 business days.
• Total Shipping time (processing time included): 13-19 business days

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier (either the United States Postal Service or FedEx – depending on the shipping method selected) and address the issue directly with them.  BELAID OFFICIAL, LLC. does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
